Overview
ED instrument is a portable,non-destructive,rapid and accurate measurement of coating thickness precision instruments.
Widely used in anti-corrosion, electroplating,chemical, automotive,shipbuilding,aviation,light industry,suitable for laboratory,
factory and outdoor field use.This product complies with GB/T4957-2003 standards.
The magnetic thickness gage,according to magnetic induction principle,to detect the magnetic metal substrate without damage.
( such as: iron , steel, and the hard magnetic alloy steel, etc.) On the thickness of the non -magnetic coating (such as: zinc , aluminum, chromium, copper , paint, Lang , rubber, paint, etc. ) .
According to the vortex theory,vortex thickness gauge detect the non-magnetic metal without damage.
(such as:aluminum , copper, zinc , tin, etc. ) On thickness of the non-conductive coating 
( such as paints, the anodic oxide film , ceramics, plastics, rubber, etc. ) .
Probe structure
All probes are installed in the casing, in order to ensure safe and stable probe positioning and
the probe is touch with pressure probe moderately. V -groove end of the pin can ensure accurate on the convex.
You must hold the tube on the probe when measuring, keeping the probe axis perpendicular to the test surface
