Stable and reliable flame system
1.NB-7050 uses a pure titanium flame atomization system featuring a titanium nebulizer and burner head.
2.The parts are processed using a proprietary casting method which gives them high corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, high structural integrity, and high temperature resistance, the nitrous oxide-acetylene system ensures accurate and precise analysis of high temperature elements, such as Al,B,Vamong other elements, A safety mechanism prevents ignition if the burner head is not installed or not correctly installed.
3.The burner head height can be automatically adjusted within a range of 0-18mm to ensure the best atomization condition for each element. Optimal analysis conditions of different elements are built into the software and can be selected automatically.
4.NB-7050 is compatible with pure titanium-platinum iridium capillary nebulizers and glass nebulizers to provide more flexibility for different matrix samples.
State-of-the-art graphite furnace system.
1.NB-7050 graphite cone can be easily replaced if needed to ensure good electrode conductivity.Atomization temperature is ocntrolled optically.The system can reach heating rate of 3000C/sec, which efficiently decreases matrix interference and reduces sample loss due to less formation of molecules, and thus increases sensitivity.When using lamp background correction, the instrument will automatically configure the lamp and optimize its position to increase the concentricity between the beam and element beam to the greatest extent, which allows for the best background correction results.
2.Graphite furnace saving gas mode reduces waste of protection gas to the greatest extent, decreases operating cost.
3.NB-7050 features unique double gas routes, inner gas route and auxiliary gas route, Auxiliary gas is controlled route through software, the addition of auxiliary gas promotes sample ashing and protects graphite tubes, allowing more firings before replacement.
4.The graphite furnace can be observed in real time through the graphite furnace viewing system which uses a camera, the whole analysis process from sample injection to atomization can be oberved by oberving the desolventizing, drying and ashing process, parameters can be optimized to obtain more accurate results, the position of injection probe and light beam can be constantly monitored to check for probe damage and alignment issues which may lead to inaccurate results.
5.Temperature correction programs for two types of graphite tubes, standard and extended lifespan tubes, are built into the software, using the extended lifespan tubes, for typical analysis of Pb, tube firings can reach>1000firings before replacement.
The graphite furnace camera helps users locate injection probe, view sample status in graphite tubes and optimize furnace temperature programming.
Graphite furnace gas saving mode prolongs the usage time of protection gas and therefore reduces the operating cost of the instrument.
Graphite furnace double inner gas path permits an auxiliary gas in addition to the protection gas so as to improve the ashing process and obtain better results
6. coded lamp turret can automatically identify lamp element and record element lamp usage times.
