Hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization system is hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as a sterilizing agent, in a low-temperature environment through the electromagnetic field so that the vaporized hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to form hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) plasma state, combined with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) gas and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) plasma indoor items for low-temperature, drying sterilization, and can be effective in dissociating the residual hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).
