Double-layer glass reactor is a commonly used biochemical instrument, which is widely used in modern fine chemical industry, biopharmaceutical, scientific research and experiment industries. It can be used for concentration, distillation, reflux, separation and purification under constant speed, constant force and constant temperature conditions. Reaction is an ideal instrument and equipment for teaching, experiment, pilot test and production.
The lifting and rotating reactor is based on the ordinary double-layer reactor, adding the electric lifting and lowering functions of the kettle cover and the stirring system above. When the kettle cover is raised, the kettle body can be rotated 120 degrees to the left by the hand wheel, which is convenient for pouring. Compared with the traditional reactor, it greatly improves the operation efficiency and saves time and cost.
Working principle of this series of double-layer glass reactors
Through the interlayer of the double-layer reaction kettle, a constant temperature (high or low temperature) hot solution or cooling liquid is injected to heat or cool the materials in the reaction kettle at a constant temperature, and it can provide stirring. The materials are reacted in the reactor, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. After the reaction, the materials can be discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the reactor, which is very convenient to operate. It is an ideal equipment for modern chemical sample, petrochemical, medium sample experiment, biopharmaceutical and new material synthesis.
Features
1. The reaction kettle body is made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17 material), which has excellent physical and chemical properties. The bottle body is transparent and the reaction liquid material can be seen.
2. The lid of the kettle is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which is safer for lifting.
3. The main body is made of cold plate spray plastic + aluminum alloy material, which is beautiful, strong and corrosion-resistant.
4. The stainless steel stirring rod is covered with PTFE, which is suitable for stirring a variety of solvents, and is non-polluting and corrosion-resistant.
5. The lifting and rotating are all agitated by deceleration and booster motors, with stable operation, large torque, no sparks and long service life.
6. The kettle cover and the upper stirring system can be electrically controlled to rise and fall.
7. When the lid of the kettle and the stirring system rise, a limit switch is set at the rising top position, and it stops rising after reaching the position.
Note: There is no limit control when the kettle cover and stirring system are lowered, and the operator must not leave the operation site. When lowering to a suitable position, press the stop button in time to prevent the kettle body from being crushed!
8. After the kettle cover and the upper stirring system are raised, the kettle body can be rotated 120 degrees to the left by the hand wheel, which is convenient for pouring and cleaning the kettle body.
9. The pipeline of the inlet and outlet oil circulation nozzle of the kettle body adopts three-layer pipeline of stainless steel hose + insulation cotton + insulation net, which has better insulation and safer use. The oil inlet and outlet pipes have been fixed side by side on the right side of the reactor. When the external circulation equipment is connected, it is only necessary to connect the external inlet and outlet pipes. When the kettle body rotates, the glass inlet and outlet oil circulation nozzle will not be damaged due to continuous rotation.
10. PTFE components + mechanical seal, proprietary technology, can ensure good vacuum and long service life.
11. The speed controller of this product is double-digit display of speed and temperature (can display the temperature in the kettle). The speed can be set by the speed control knob, which is intuitive and convenient; it is also equipped with a temperature measuring probe (PT100) in the kettle.
12. The overall structure is compact and reasonable, equipped with universal wheels, which can be moved as a whole and easy to operate. No dead angle glass inclined discharge valve, which can effectively reduce the dead angle of stirring and facilitate discharging. This product is equipped with a vacuum display function, and the best working vacuum can be selected for low boiling point materials.
