Audited Supplier Florescence from a fluorescent material excited by light from a blue light-emitting diode (LED) is quenched by oxygen passed through a DO permeable. By the absorption of blue light, the fluorescent material excited the red light. The emission map is measured by recording the emission spectra resulting from a range of excitation wavelengths and combining them all together. From the variation of wavelength, the concentration of oxygen is calculated by the temperature and barometric pressure compensation.

Fewer restrictions: No oxygen-consuming result in less restriction, the measurement is not affected by the speed of flow and the stirring speed.
