* Cell preservation solution A: The virus in the sample should maintain its morphological structure (non-inactivated type), which can be used for subsequent virus culture and nucleic acid detection. The main components are balance salts, nutrients and bacteriostatic agents.
*Cell preservation solution B: The virus in the sample is lysed and inactivated, but its nucleic acid is kept stable (inactivated type). It is mainly used for nucleic acid detection. The main components are equilibrium salt, lysis reagent, stabilizer, phenol red solution, etc.

4.Operation process
Mark information as required on the label of the storage liquid tube.
Sample storage: Freshly collected samples can be transported to the laboratory as soon as possible under the condition of normal temperature (5-30ºC). The effect of ice packs is better during transportation. Samples tested within 48 hours can be stored at 2-8ºC.Samples that cannot be tested within 48 hours should be stored at -70ºC or below, and the samples should be tested within a week to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
