Features:

1, the unique design of the boiler water circulation in a very short period of time quickly and efficiently to achieve the set temperature and pressure, even in the replenishment process would not have temperature and pressure 
fluctuations.

2, the unique builtin steam moisture separator ensure ≤2%. This is different from the most significant features of 
other similar products, electric and furnace with flange connection, which will help replace, repair and maintenance.

4, electric heating pipe can be set according to the number of electric heating segments to control, for example,  108KW electric heating boilers heating by the six 18KW tubes, it can be divided into three segments, 36KW to  control. Users can independently regulate the use of steam power, in order to achieve more energy, more  convenient purpose.

 

Safety performance:

1. Products fitted with a safety valve by boiler inspection institute, even in the case where the control system is not  flexible, when the pressure exceeds the set pressure, safety valve will open automatically to prevent the boiler  explosion due to excessive pressure.

2,The product is equipped with low water protection, when water supply is stopped, the boiler will automatically stop working, to prevent the boiler dry electric heating element damage and even lead to burnout phenomenon.

3,The products contains leakage protection, even in the case of a short circuit caused by improper operation of the boiler, the boiler will drain automatically cut off the circuit, timely good control lines.
