Application:
Moisture analyzers are widely used in the testing of free moisture in products in various fields such as tobacco, papermaking, food, tea, beverages, grains, chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical raw materials, and textile raw materials.
PRODUCT FEATURE:
The moisture meter integrates heating, temperature measurement and weight measurement
1. Underneath -electromagnetic force transducer,
precise, quick, accurate reading of the weight data.
2. Adopt the designs of the Halogen lamp and
mirror-surface stainless steel for the secondary radiant Heating source, balanced heating and rapid heating.
3.Optimization algorithm to calculate the water content, the
choice of multiple measurement modes.
4. External standard stainless steel weight, calibration
at any time and on demand.
5. LCD backlighting display, clear reading, switch
optionally the display method in the light and dark
environment to protect the eyesight.
6. High precision, quick response, accurate and reliable, easy operation, complete
functions satisfying the needs of the requirements of water contents of the different materials.
PRODUCT FUNCTIONS:
1.Auto mode-when the rate of change of moisture in unit time is smaller than the pre-set
limit value, it will stop the measurement automatically and get the results of the
measurements.
2. Time mode-finish the sample drying and get the result s of the measurements within the
scheduled time.
3.Manual mode-stop the measurements by pressing the key and get the results of the
measurements.
4.Standard RS232 output interface connected with the computer and printer etc..
