Features
1.The Specially designed electrochemical self-regeneration suppressor is the key technology from NANBEI. It is NANBEI patterned and makes IC-2800 truly unique in its class.
2.Due to the high background conductivity of the eluent, if no chemical suppression is carried out, the signals of analytes will be difficult to detect.
A typical reaction of the suppression is explained as follows:
1.For anion analysis, CO32- and HCO3- of eluent react with H+ produced by electrolysis to form H2CO3 which has low conductivity;
2.For cation analysis, H+ of eluent reacts with OH- produced by electrolysis to form H2O, in this way the suppression of background conductivity can be accomplished. The self-regeneration of ion-exchange membrane is accomplished through H+ or OH- produced by electrolysis.
NANBEI can provide electrochemical self-generation suppressor for anions and cations. The suppressor produced by NANBEI has the characteristics of high suppressing capacity, low background conductivity (the detection limits can reach ppb level), small dead volume, fast to balance, good repeatability, easy to operate, and low maintenance.
1.The double column valve shown below is made by the complete plastic PEEK material. The low flow rate pulse infusion pump pulse is used to ensure that flow rate range is widely enough, flow is stable, and maintenance cost is low.
2.Advanced digital controlled temperature conductivity detector with the advanced digital control system ensures the high sensitivity, high stability, and reliable test results.
3.The flow paths are made by complete PEEK material. It is used to prevent metal contamination, good resistance to high pressure, resistance of acid and alkali, and compatible with organic solvents.
4.High-speed data transmission and powerful data process capability. The system is provided with automatic identification, the status control of the instrument, and real-time monitoring capability.
5.Optional with an eluting generator, the eluting solution can be prepared automatically. So the operators of the instrument will be relieved from the burden of preparing the eluents endlessly.

7.The Ace Software of the ion chromatography is a powerful tool for the operator, and easy to learn. The system is completely controlled by the software, while the operator performs the analysis. The system will monitor the instrument's real-time running status.

When using an ion chromatograph, the operator has to use variety of eluents with different types, different concentrations. The process is a burdensome, heavy workload and prone to errors.
