Product Description

Main purpose and scope of application :
The automatic bottle cap torque tester is a new patented product that can automatically test the torque value, which adopts the principle of combining advanced electronic technology with precise mechanical transmission to replace the error caused by manually opening or locking the bottle cap test torque value, and meets the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T 17876. Equipped with high-precision torque sensor to achieve accurate loading and positioning. It is suitable for testing the torque value of cap locking and opening of various kinds of bottles, suction nozzles, hoses and other packaging products, such as medicinal glass bottles, medicinal plastic bottles, child safety caps, beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, milk bottles, oil buckets and so on. It is the first choice for beverage and bottle manufacturers as well as research institutions, quality inspection institutions and large and medium-sized enterprises to test product quality

Test philosophy :
The bottle body and cap of the tested object are respectively fixed on the fixture equipped with the tester and clamped it. The bottom fixture is connected to the torque sensor in the tester box. After starting the instrument, the upper fixture clamps the bottle cap and starts to rotate, driving the bottle body to the torque sensor to test the torque value needed for the bottle cap to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
