1. HB-3000ET digital Brinell hardness tester, the indentation can be measured directly through the micrometer eyepiece, the diameter and hardness value can be displayed on the LCD screen. Test force, indenter type, holding time and the conversion unit can be displayed and set
2. The machine body is integral casting by high quality cast iron,, with the automotive paint treatment process, the appearance is round and beautiful;
3. HB-3000ET adopt closed loop electric loading, with overload and over position automatic protection function, test process automation, no manual error;
4. Adopt the electric motor loading/unloading test force, the closed-loop feedback is carried out by the pressure sensor with 5‰ accuracy, and the test force can be automatically corrected by the high-speed ARM processor;
5. Convenient control system can automatically convert the unit of full hardness scale;
6. Equipped with blueteeh printer, the data can be output through RS232 port;
7. The accuracy is in line with GB/T231.2-2018, ISO6506-2 and American ASTM E10 standard.
