The rotary evaporator uses a stepless speed regulation to rotate the glass rotating bottle at a constant speed. The material forms a large area uniform film on the bottle wall. The intelligent constant temperature water bath heats the rotating bottle uniformly and evaporates at high speed under vacuum. The high-efficiency glass condenser is cooled and recovered in a collection bottle.
Functions and features
• The main frame is made of stainless steel + aluminum alloy, with reasonable structure and particular materials.
• All glass parts are made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17), which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion.
• The sealing system adopts imported fluorine rubber and Teflon two-way combined seal, which has a long corrosion-resistant life and maintains high vacuum.
• The vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum, and the oil gauge has anti-vibration characteristics.
• Upright three-layer serpentine coil condenser, double condenser with main cooling and sub cooling, ensuring high recovery rate.
• Continuous feeding is convenient for customers. Valve-type feeding valve is connected with PTFE tube.
• The collection bottle is equipped with a lower discharge to facilitate the collection and discharge of the evaporated extract.
• Non-return valve control, continuous unloading, and vacuum switching when the machine is working.
• All valves adopt the latest integrated handwheel valve, which has good sealing performance and simpler and more convenient operation.
• Microcomputer-based power switch control.
• LCD full-screen display, dual digital display of temperature and speed, intelligent constant temperature control of the bath, PT100 type sensor quickly and accurately transmits temperature.
• Brushless DC geared motor, stable rotation, no spark, deceleration and increased force.
• The electric bath is lifted and lowered, and the decelerating and boosting motor is used in the lifting part, which makes the lifting process more stable.
• The pot is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and durable. The outer layer of the pot is covered with a silicone layer, which is safer at high temperatures.
• Over-temperature safety protection function. When the actual temperature exceeds the set temperature by 5 ºC, the machine will automatically power off.
• Anti-drying function. When the water level in the heating pot is lower than the heating tube, the machine will automatically power off.
• If the power is suddenly cut off during operation, the machine will automatically stop heating when the power is turned on again.
