The NB9870 series automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer is a fully automatic distillation-titration technology and color method developed based on the classic Kjeldahl method to determine the end point "nitrogen" (protein) analysis system. Its method and manufacturing conform to the "GB/ T 33862-2017 Full (semi) automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer" manufacturing standards and related international standards.
Features:
1.The fully automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer without tap water is equipped with a high-efficiency refrigeration water cycle system, which is controlled and operated by the nitrogen analyzer host, which is energy-saving, environmentally friendly and stable.
2.The internal standard of the concentration of the titrant eliminates the system error of the difference between the human and the instrument, with high accuracy and convenience
3.Automatic shutdown function, the system will automatically shut down without any operation within 60 minutes, saving energy, safety and peace of mind
4.Automatic upload and input of sample weighing data, reducing manual input one by one tedious work and input errors
5. Distillation and titration mode Distillation and titration are performed at the same time. When the titration reaches the end point, the distillation ends at the same time, which can save analysis time
6. Automatic discharge of digested waste liquid to reduce the labor intensity of staff
7. The steam flow rate can be adjusted from 50% to 100% arbitrarily to suit different concentration samples
8.Steam system provides constant pressure steam flow, good stability and safety
9.Shut down and automatically clean the alkali pipeline to prevent blockage of the alkali pipeline and ensure the accuracy of liquid supply
10. Cooling water flow monitoring can prevent insufficient cooling water flow to cause sample loss and affect analysis results
