1. Start the machine to automatically preheat and self check.
2. Define the file name and measurement duration, and detect and display 12 parameters,
including inlet air temperature and humidity, leaf room temperature and humidity, photosynthetic effective radiant intensity (PAR), leaf surface temperature (TI), leaf net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr), instantaneous water use efficiency (WUE).
3. Measurement mode requirements: Equipped with a built-in pyroelectric infrared sensor, the internal automatic temperature compensation system can accurately measure plant respiration; The host adopts an open air circuit system, which defaults to air circuit circulation upon startup, simulating a more realistic plant growth environment; The head of the leaf chamber is equipped with a photosynthetic effective radiation sensor to detect external light intensity; The leaf chamber handle is equipped with a built-in temperature and humidity sensor for detecting gas temperature, humidity, and surface temperature.
4. One click measurement, all parameters are automatically collected, and a set of data is collected every 5 seconds. After the program is completed, it will automatically end and save, or the measurement process can be manually ended.
5. Host data viewing requirements: Data can be quickly queried on the host based on the filtering
time range. Support for viewing, uploading, exporting, and deleting individual data, as well as batch uploading, exporting, and deleting data. The measurement parameters support two display forms: curve chart and table. When displaying according to the curve chart, you can double-click to enlarge the single chart to view.
6. Data storage/export requirements: Equipped with a USB interface, it can be exported from a USB drive without a network. Local storage of 8GB of large memory, configured with USB interface, supports exporting Excel format files to local/USB drives, and the exported files can be used directly without conversion.
7. Data protection requirements: If the instrument is unexpectedly turned off, the measured data will be automatically saved to avoid the loss of data when the instrument is turned off due to battery depletion in the field.
