The Shore hardness tester is widely used for hardness testing of vulcanized rubber and plastic products.With the characteristics of simple structure, easy use, small body, light and intuitive reading, it can carry hand-held measurements, and can also be set on the same type of Shore hardness tester supporting the production of the load test.Meet the standards DIN53505, ASTM D2240  ISO/R868, JIS R7215.

Overview:
The Shore Shaw hardness tester has three types: A type, C type, and D type.
Type A is generally applicable to the hardness testing of low and medium hardness materials such as rubber, synthetic rubber, multi-component grease, felt, leather, and wax.
Type C is applicable to the hardness test of microporous materials similar to those used in rubbers that have a compressibility of 50% and a stress of 0.049 MPa or more, and that are made of foaming agents in plastics.
D-type is generally suitable for hard rubber, hard resin, organic glass, printing plates, flooring materials, bowling and other hardness testing of high hardness materials.
The hardness tester implements the relevant provisions of GB/T531-99, GB2411-80, HG/T2489-93, JJG304-2003 and GBT 531.1-2008.
