Single/Double head gluten tester MJ-IIIA
MJ-type gluten tester is used to determine the gluten content of flour and gluten quality (gluten index) of flour detection equipment for wheat flour and whole wheat powder determination, widely used in food and flour processing, grain and oil research institutions, food storage, etc. department.It consists of a single head gluten washing instrument (internal gluten containing index instrument included), drying instrument composed of two independent instruments for wheat flour and whole wheat powder determination.
Work principle
10g flour or whole wheat flour add 5ml sality water,mix 20s in the washing cup with sieve to get dough,then washing with salinity water 5mins,get gulten.Under centrifugal effect,according to GB/T5506-2008,calculate wet gulten content and gulten index.
