Double-head flour gluten index tester
The double-headed gluten index tester consists of three independent instruments: a double-headed gluten washer, a gluten index tester, and a dryer. It is a special instrument used to determine the wet (dry) gluten content, gluten quality (gluten index) and gluten water holding capacity in flour, especially suitable for users with a large number of samples.
Scope of application
