Basic principles of gas chromatography:
Gas chromatography is a chromatographic separation analysis method that uses gas as a mobile phase. The vaporized sample is carried by the carrier gas (mobile phase) into the chromatographic column. The stationary phase in the column has different molecular forces from the components in the sample, and the time for each component to flow out of the chromatographic column is different, and the components are separated from each other. Using an appropriate identification and recording system, make a chromatogram that marks the time and concentration of each component flowing out of the chromatographic column.
