Product introduction:
It consists of three parts: sterilizer box, auxiliary equipment (vacuum system, heating water tank humidification system, EO system, gas circulation system, pneumatic system and exhaust gas processor), and control system.
Box:
The sterilizer box is composed of a stainless steel liner and an atomizer water tank. The material of the box must meet the vacuum pressure requirements. The sterilizer adopts water circulation heating or electric heating.
Liner material: stainless steel SUS304, the actual thickness is ≥5mm; the supplier provides the quality list and material inspection report.
Water jacket: 6mm stainless steel on both sides and top surface.
Outsourcing temperature sense of the sterilizer box: There is no obvious sense of temperature on the outside during the sterilization cycle.
Thermal insulation: rock wool thickness> 5cm, should have good thermal insulation performance during normal operation. There is no obvious warm feeling on the outside during the sterilization process.
Shell package plate: stainless steel SUS304 wire drawing plate δ=1.2mm.
Sterilizer door: single door structure, pneumatic single door seal (chute automatic sliding opening and closing door). (In case of failure during use, it should be able to be locked and sealed at all times). Sealing method: Inflatable and sealed with silicone rubber.
Monitoring equipment: pressure, humidity, and temperature monitoring devices automatically monitor in real time, with accuracy and error of ±1%.
Motor: 380V 50Hz.
Vacuum system:
The sterilization chamber is pre-vacuumed and the sterilant is discharged by the vacuum pump.
The vacuum can be pulsating or gradient.
The vacuum pipeline is made of SUS304 material.
Pressure range: -70kpa to +60kpa, holding pressure for 60min, leakage rate <0.01kpa/min.
Vacuum rate: normal pressure to -15kpa≤6min, -50kpa≤30min, -70kpa≤40min.
Heating and thermal circulation system:
The heating adopts water circulation heating or electric heating. The heating system is additionally composed of an electric heating water tank, a hot water circulation pump and corresponding pipeline valves. The water tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel, the actual thickness is ≥5mm, and the temperature sensor in the cabinet is greater than 8m³, at least 2, with fast heating speed, simple design and structure. It is more convenient to use and other advantages.
Automatic real-time temperature monitoring instrument, alarm when the set temperature is exceeded, the temperature control range in the cabinet is <65ºC, and the accuracy is ±3ºC.
Humidification system:
Equipped with automatic steam generator and corresponding pipeline composition (no direct injection of atomized water, steam partial pressure for humidification does not exceed 50KPa). The humidity sensor has at least 2 independent steam injection pipes and filters (sterilization).
The steam pipe is made of SUS304 material.
Automatic real-time monitoring, alarm when humidity exceeds the setting, humidity error in the cabinet: ±5%RH.
Ethylene oxide vaporization:
The EO vaporizer has an independent atomization pipeline, vaporization generator, and filter, which can accurately control the temperature of the EO gas entering the sterilizer to ensure sufficient ethylene oxide vaporization and sterilization effect. (The filtration rate for particles> 0.3µm is at least 99.5% and easy to disassemble) and induction device and heating system and control.
The EO injection port is equipped with an automatic injection device, and the input port is equipped with an independent temperature sensor to control the EO temperature (control accuracy ±1).
The amount of EO added is controlled by the weight measurement method, with an accuracy of 0.05Kg.
There must be a pressure sensor in the sterilizer, which can measure the EO concentration in operation, and has a circulation system.
The sterilization process ensures that the pressure is maintained at ±5KPa of the set pressure, and an independent humidity controller is used to ensure that the gaseous EO does not exceed 70°C.
Removal system:
When the sterilant is discharged, the air enters the sterilization chamber after being filtered by a filter (with a filtration rate of at least 99.5% for particles> 0.3 µm and easy to disassemble).
According to the sterilization process, filtered air can be introduced to normal pressure, and then the sterilization chamber can be evacuated, 0-99 times self-setting.
Set according to the sterilization process, and use a continuous flow of filtered air to flow through the sterilization chamber to remove ethylene oxide gas.
After the sterilization is completed, the excess EO gas in the cabinet is pumped out by the water ring vacuum pump and mixed and dissolved fully with water.
The dissolved wastewater is stored in the waste liquid tank and discharged into the sewage pipe.
Pneumatic system:
The opening and closing of all control valves and doors during the sterilization process, and the sealing and release of the door are realized by pneumatic components such as stainless steel SUS304 material pneumatic valve, SUS304 material air pipe and SUS304 material cylinder (safety).
Each valve, interface, filter and other pipe fittings and components shall meet the requirements of YY0503-2016.
Main control system:
It adopts industrial-specific PLC to automatically control all working processes and has storage and printing functions. Real-time detection and printing of monitoring and display related data such as temperature, humidity, pressure.
With power-off protection and power-off memory function, the operation before power-off can be continued after power-on.
