Intelligent Biochemical Oxygen Demand BOD Meter

Work principle
The CHBOD II Biochemical Oxygen Demand Analyzer works with the differential pressure method, to simulate the process of microbial degradation of organic matter in the nature: the oxygen in the air above the test bottle is continuously replenished with dissolved oxygen in the water, and the resulting CO2 is absroped by the sealed potassium hydroxide, and the pressure sensor can be monitored at any time in the test bottle oxygen pressure changes. Therefore, the BOD measurement can be accurately performed by the relationship between the biochemical oxygen demand BOD (i.e., the amount of oxygen consumed in the test bottle) and the gas pressure, and the test results are graphically displayed directly on the screen.
 
Application
Determination of environmental water samples on the 5th biochemical oxygen demand BOD value, the instrument using the breathing method (pressure difference method) principle, mercury-free determination, the sample without dilution and gas, direct measurement. Real-time monitoring of sample BOD changes.
