Product Description
1300C 13L scientific programmable laboratory chamber heat furnace
Box-type resistance furnace which is also know as muffle furnace; it's the basic heating equipment for laboratory use. Its wide application areas covering industrial & mining enterprises, scientific research institutes, universities, laboratories and other experiments purpose. The resistance furnace is the necessary equipment for sintering, melting and heat treatment of the material and volatile experiments.
The series of electric resistance furnace adopts "alumina hollow ball" (a-Al2O3 micro crystal) as chamber of furnace material which is with specific characters including high temperature resistance, economy and wide range of application; it's currently the mainstream materials of similar products.

1.The use of modern integrated structure design which is elegant and easy to operate
2.The door structure patented technology (patent number: ZL 2007 2 0028142.4), all-round sealed door. Make sure that the furnace temperature does not leak, to improve the working environment, to extend furnace life, save energy
3.Equal heating elements made of high quality silicon carbide, the surface low load, long life, easy to replace.
4.Temperature sensor selection "platinum-rhodium" Φ0.5 thermocouple, accurate temperature, extends service life.
5.The ceramic fiber insulation materials of high quality, good cotton, light weight, thermal insulation effect.
6.The choice of the digital display temperature control instrumentation, intelligent PID temperature controller. It has a high precision temperature control, self-tuning, self-diagnostic functions.
